Booking and Payment

  • Your booking is confirmed once we receive your completed booking form and full payment through a secure payment platform like Stripe or PayPal

  • We do not store your card details, payments are processed securely by third parties.

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

When You Cancel Refund
Within 48 hours of booking 100% of what you paid
8 or more days before check-in 50% refund on every night booked
0–7 days before check-in Your reservation is non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • If we must cancel your booking due to unexpected circumstances (like emergencies or natural events), we’ll offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Arrival, Stay, and Departure

  • Check-in is from 3.00pm, and check-out is by 11.00am. Please respect these times to allow us to prepare the space for future guests.

  • Each cabin has a guest limit. Please do not exceed this.

  • We ask all guests to treat the property, cabins and surroundings with care and respect.

Behavior and Liability

  • Guests must supervise children

  • We are not liable for injuries caused by natural terrain, wildlife or other features unless due to our negligence.

  • Please notify us immediately if something is unsafe.

Guest Information and Communication

  • By booking or contacting us, you agree to us using your information to manage your stay and respond to your questions.

  • We only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may change from time to time. The most recent version is always available on our website. Booking with us means you accept the current version.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
